Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner will take place in the Hosteria del Estudiante- Parador de Alcalá de Henares:
The Hostería del Estudiante is a unique 16th century setting, with huge wooden beams and a fireplace where cooking was already taking place five centuries ago. It is located opposite the Parador in the former Colegio Menor de San Jerónimo founded by Cisneros and overlooks the Trilingual Courtyard of the University of Alcalá.
The price is 52€ and includes the following menu:
STARTERS
Parador Appetizer Selection: Iberian ham with oil bread toast, Anchovies over tomato and basil, Cecina roll with cheese and reinette apple, Creamy of avocado and smoked salmon and Iberian ham croquette
MAIN COURSE (to choose ONE of these):
Fish: Kingklip Rolls stuffed with vegetables with garlic sprouts and mushroom sauce
Meat: Veal entrecote, sautéed potatoes and mushroom and chimichurri sauce of roasted pineapple
DESSERTS
Dessert selection: pionono, costrada and red fruit sherbet
*There is also a vegetarian option, with the following main course: Rice stew (green asparagus, cauliflower, green beans and mushrooms)
